Professional Experience

First professional experience gained in a color ray tube factory of Philips Electronics, responsible for process and material quality in the metal forming / processing area.

Some years of consultancy with EFS Vienna, servicing clients in the automotive industry providing project management and product development support as well as working on methods to translate potential future customer values into product features.

Return to Philips/NXP as Six Sigma Master Blackbelt for Philips Sound Solutions, responsible for process improvement, Six Sigma training and coaching, leading a team of full-time DMAIC blackbelts. Delivery of DMAIC projects and design for six sigma projects following the IDOV cycle.

Relocation to the UK for Six Sigma deployment within Marsh Operations as a Six Sigma Leader, thus expanding professional know-how to the financial services industry. Turned freelance in 2009 and since then working as independent trainer and project resource .

Currently back in Austria, working as freelance expert for improvement methods and serving clients in Europe and China with project delivery and training. Coordinating and delivering Six Sigma & Statistics training for Quality Austria since late 2014.


Education

Studied Materials Science at the University of Mining in Leoben, Austria.
